Harrisburg Senators Announce 2019 Home Schedule

HARRISBURG, PA. - The Harrisburg Senators today released their 2019 home schedule, which includes 70 dates beginning with their home opener, which is also the season opener, on Thursday, April 4 against the Bowie Baysox. 

Once again, this season the Senators will play their Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night games at 6:30 p.m., Thursday and Friday nights at 7:00 p.m., Saturday nights at 6:00 p.m. One notable change is that most Sunday games will now be played at 1:00 p.m.
The 2019 schedule has two 10:30 a.m. home games, Wednesday, May 15 against Trenton and Thursday, May 30 against New Hampshire. There are also six noon weekday games. They are Wednesday, April 10 vs. Hartford; Wednesday, April 24 vs. Altoona; Monday, May 27 vs. Reading; Wednesday, June 26 vs. Akron; Wednesday, July 31 vs. Hartford; and Monday, September 2 vs. Altoona. 
The schedule also includes three odd Sunday game times. They are May 26 vs. Reading at 6:30 p.m.; June 23 vs. Bowie at 6:30 p.m. and September 1 vs. Altoona at 6:30 p.m. 
The Senators have 11 home Thursday, Friday, and Saturday games and 10 Sunday games. They'll play 27 Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday home games. The Senators are home Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.
Harrisburg will play 34 games against their Western Division foes at FNB Field and 36 against the Eastern Division. The Senators play three different teams ten times at FNB Field in 2019 and they are Altoona, Richmond and Reading. Akron, Erie, New Hampshire and Portland all make just one trip to Harrisburg next season.
