New for 2024: FNB Field is a cashless stadium!

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online at senatorsbaseball.com, by phone at (717) 231-4444, or at the box office. The Senators Box Office is open from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday on non-game days. On game days in season it is open from 10am until the end of the game.

Harrisburg Senators tickets are non-refundable. You have the option to purchase 'assurance tickets' that allow you to use your game tickets on a different game, subject to availability, should you not be able to make the original game date.

Voucher redemption must be done in person. Tickets can not be held in advance of the voucher being turned in.

Fans 3 years and younger do NOT need a ticket to get into FNB Field , however they will not have a designated seat. If you would like a seat for a child under 3 years old you must buy a ticket for them.

Other Information

FNB Field is a cashless stadium. Cash will be accepted in the parking lot and at the Senators box office. No cash will be accepted inside of FNB Field gates.

Gates open 1 hour prior to game time. Gates will open 1.5 hours earlier than game time on Friday, April 5th and Sunday, April 7th.

No outside food or beverage is allowed inside FNB Field.

Giveaway items are one per person, regardless of how many tickets you have. Some giveaways are restricted via age; youth giveaways are 12 years and younger and adult giveaways are 18 years and older.

FNB Field does allow re-entry however it may be restricted on certain dates until all giveaways have been handed out. You must have your game ticket for re-entry into the ballpark.

Bag Policy

All bags, including medical and diaper bags will be searched upon entry of FNB Field.

Strollers are permitted and subject to check upon entry to FNB Field. There is no designated check-in spot for strollers, please see ushers for where to store strollers.

Clear bag are recommended to make the bag check process more efficient.

Parking

Parking on City Island is limited and is not guaranteed. The parking rate is $5 cash or $5.50 card.

Additional parking is available in downtown Harrisburg and you can get to City Island via the Walnut Street Walking Bridge.

Parking in downtown Harrisburg is subject to Park Harrisburg's rates. You can see available garage and street parking rates at parkingharrisburg.com

Major League Baseball Fan Code of Conduct

In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Harrisburg Senators has implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:

  • Trespassing on the playing field at any time;
  • Interfering with the baseballs that are in play;
  • Throwing or tossing objects;
  • Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures;
  • Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;
  • Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive;
  • Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
  • Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or
  • Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.

Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark.

Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.

Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person at Fan Services, or directly with Ballpark Security or a uniformed staff member.
