Kevin is entering his eleventh season as President of the Senators. Kevin joined the Senators in July of 2008 after spending nine years working for the start-up Lexington Legends in Lexington, KY. He worked as Director of Sales from 1999-2004 and as the General Manager from 2004-2007.
Before that he was with another start-up, the Delmarva Shorebirds, from 1996-1999. He began his baseball career as an intern with the Charleston RiverDogs in 1995 in his hometown of Charleston, SC.
Kevin attended the University of South Carolina where he graduated in 1995. He met his wife, Renee, while working with the Delmarva Shorebirds. Renee worked for the team as well and together they moved to Lexington as the first two employees of the brand new team. They have two children, a 17 year old girl named Jordan and a 13 year old boy named Brandon. They are currently residing in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Ashley has been with the Senators since her intern year in 2010 and began her baseball career as an intern with the Florence Freedom (Independent, Frontier League) before coming to the Senators in January, 2010.
She is a 2009 graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia (Mizzou) where she studied marketing, management, and sociology. Ashely is a proud board member for Dauphin County CASA.
Ashley is a native Chicago suburbanite and an avid White Sox (& Nationals) fan. In her free time, she tries to spend as much time as possible with her family back in the Midwest and loves going on walks with her pup, Ella and boyfriend, Matt.
Donna joined the Senators full-time staff in May 2008 and is going into her 10th season with the team. She has resided in the Harrisburg area most of her life. Donna and her husband, Paul, will be celebrating their 26th wedding anniversary this year. They have three children, Elizabeth and Nicole, 21 and Jacob, 19, who recently made his family proud by becoming a Marine. The family loves to vacation at their family cottage in western PA where they spend their time fishing, boating, and enjoying other outdoor activities.
The Demczak family has enjoyed Harrisburg Senators games since 2003.
Corporate Sales
2025 is Frankie’s fifth season with the Senators and fourth full-time. He spent his first season in 2021 with Terry Byrom in the radio booth; the two continue calling Senators game action together on ESPN 96.5, 95.3, and 1400. Additionally, Frankie spent three years as Director of Ticket Sales before moving into his current role as Manager, Corporate Partnerships. Prior to the Senators, Frankie attended Syracuse University.
Baseball is his biggest passion; when he’s not watching the Sens Frankie’s enduring his love-hate relationship with the New York Mets.
Frankie is Central Pennsylvanian born and raised and currently resides in Harrisburg. You can often find him doing the same things your grandfather does—listening to Steely Dan, reading newspapers and magazines, and complaining about the weather.
Ticket Sales and Box Office
2022 will be Matt's 9th season with the Senators and his 7th as a full-time staff member. He graduated from IUP with a Sports Administration degree in 2013. He has future plans of being an athletic director one day.
In his free time he enjoys reading, movies, watching anything sports related, and training for the 2036 Summer Olympics. He hopes to sweep all events in the decathlon, and become the oldest athlete to medal in the sport at the age of 45. If you see him in the ballpark be sure to wish him luck on his journey.
Taylor graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in Sport Management. She is entering her first year as a full-time ticket account executive at the Harrisburg Senators. While at Kutztown, Taylor was a member of the Women’s Basketball team and won a PSAC East Championship during the 2018-2019 season.
As a diehard Philadelphia sports fan, Taylor enjoys attending Sixers, Eagles, and Phillies games with her family. In addition to rooting for her favorite professional teams, some of Taylor’s hobbies include reading, running, and playing recreational sports through Harrisburg Young Professionals. After completing a 5k and a 10k this past year where she was a top finisher in her age bracket, Taylor is working towards completing a half marathon!
Josh Troutman is entering his 3rd full time season with the Harrisburg Senators in a new role as a Senior Account Executive.
He graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in May of 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management! Currently, Josh still lives in the same house he grew up in right outside of Mechanicsburg, Pa.
While Josh was growing up, he was an avid Senators fan! He also enjoys rooting on the Dallas Cowboys, Pittsburgh Penguins, Texas Longhorns, Boston Celtics, New York Yankees, and Arsenal!
Josh is looking forward to the 2025 Senators season. He grew up playing soccer at the highest level, even playing for the lowest level of the USA National Team.
Josh has a lot of interesting hobbies including metal detecting, and antiquing. In his free time, he enjoys hanging with his family, friends, girlfriend, and cat Beau Beau.
Cody was born a die-hard Baltimore Orioles fan, and he played 9 seasons of little league for Dillsburg Youth Baseball. It was at Northern High school where he decided that his goal was to work in sports after joining DECA, the school’s business club. He became the school’s varsity softball team, student manager and later became the assistant coach of the same team after graduating in 2015!
Cody then went on to Gettysburg HACC for three years before transferring to Shippensburg University where he became a founding father of Theta Chi Fraternity. Cody took his coaching talents to the Shippensburg University Softball Team (SUSB) where he was the student manager for that team for three seasons, before graduating in 2022 with his bachelor’s degree in marketing! GO RED RAIDERS!!!
Cody joined the Senators as a 50/50 seller at the start of the 2022 season. His positivity and passion for baseball were quickly noticed by the front office and rewarded with a full-time intern position, just two home series into the season, and a full-time job as a Ticket Account Executive after the season!
2025 will be Cody’s fourth season with the Senators, marking his third season on the All-Male Dance Team, make sure to say hi and ask about his baseball card collection! A big Adley Rutschman guy!

Zach was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, growing up in Jonestown. He is a recent graduate of Kutztown University with a degree in sport management.
Zach is an avid Philly sports fan who is constantly rooting on his teams. In addition to rooting for his favorite professional teams, Zach enjoys rooting on Penn State football and North Carolina Basketball. Zach’s hobbies include, golfing, playing video games, going to sporting events and binge-watching Netflix. One day, Zach hopes to visit each of the different 30 MLB stadiums.
His favorite sports memory is getting to tour Lincoln Financial Field in 2019. Zach got he chance to visit the locker room, walk out onto the field, wear a Super Bowl ring, and get his picture taken with the Lombardi Trophy. While the Philadelphia Eagles were giving out prizes, Zach won a signed Doug Pederson autographed picture.
Originally from Western New York, “Action” Jackson enters his 2nd season with the Senators as a full-time ticket account executive after completing a full season internship with the team in 2023. Jackson graduated from SUNY Brockport in May 2023 with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration.
Once the season begins in April, you may see Jackson walking around the stadium in his sparkly, gold vest and quite possibly, an afro.
While Jackson likes and follows traditional sports like baseball, football, and hockey, he also enjoys watching sports like cricket and Canadian Football. In his free time, Jackson enjoys driving to new places, watching some of his favorite TV shows, and in the summer, playing wiffleball.
Zane is entering his 1st season with the Senators after spending 2 seasons as a Ticket Sales Executive with the State College Spikes. A native of Carlisle, Zane is a 2018 graduate of Cumberland Valley High School, where he was a pitcher for the baseball team.
Zane continued his baseball career at Harford Community College in Maryland before finishing with two seasons at Ithaca College in New York. where he earned his Business Administration bachelor's degree with a concentration in Sports Management.
A Baltimore guy when it comes to sports teams, listing the Orioles and Ravens as his favorites. When he's not at the ballpark, Zane enjoys working out, playing video games and spending time with his friends and family in his free time.
Dylan is a senior at Lock Haven majoring in sport management and he will be graduating in May. Dylan is from Bellefonte Pennsylvania and because of that he loves all Penn State sports, mostly football, baseball, and wrestling.
In his free time Dylan enjoys watching movies and TV shows on top of sports. Unfortunately, he struggles daily with being a lifelong Pirates fan.
Kevon graduated from Central Penn College with a Bachelors in corporate communications and a minor in business. He is entering his first season with the senators as a Group Event Associate. While attending Central Penn College, Kevon was a student-athlete, playing on the baseball team 2021-2024. They won back-to-back ESAC championships right here at FNB field in 2023 and 2024.
Kevon is a huge Orioles fan and loves to go to games whenever he can. In his spare time, Kevon goes to the gym and works for Central Penn athletics by commentating different sports game. Kevon has been playing sports his whole life and that inspired him to want to work in professional sports. He is super excited to work for the same organization that allowed his team play on their field.
Communications, Marketing & Merchandising
Terry is a native of Sacramento, California. The 2019 season will be Terry's 18th season overall and 15th season with the Senators. He previously worked for the Ogden Raptors (2002) and Fort Wayne Wizards (2003 & 2004). He is a longtime fan of the three-time World Series Champions' San Francisco Giants, five-time Super Bowl Champions' San Francisco 49ers and two-time NBA Champions' Golden State Warriors.
When he's not at a ballpark broadcasting one of our 140 games, you can find him and his wife Liz somewhere on the Appalachian Trail or on their deck. Outside of baseball, Terry enjoys golfing, reading, and hanging out at home.
Liz and Terry reside in Camp Hill with their three cats, Buster, Panther & Natalie.
2025 will be Troy’s fifth full-time season with the Senators. Prior to joining the front office staff, he had been a part-time employee since the 2008 season. Troy attended a branch campus of the University of Pittsburgh and studied Broadcast Communications.
Troy likes to think he is still in his 20s and pushes his body to the limit participating in many of the various recreational sports leagues in the Harrisburg area as well as playing baseball on Sundays in the summer in the Central PA over 30 league and indoor baseball in Lancaster in the winter (just for ABs).
Outside of competing in sports, Troy enjoys watching sports and makes it a point to attend at least one Steelers home game a season. Troy also regularly attends trivia nights (mostly music) as long as the categories suit him.
2025 will be Delaney’s 4th season with the Harrisburg Senators, 3rd full-time. She enjoys being able to create during the work day, and then transition to photographer and content creator during games. She believes she has the coolest job with the Senators.
Delaney is a Central PA native, growing up right here in Harrisburg, until college when she attended Kutztown University. She graduated in 2021 with a degree in Fine Arts. Her entire life she’s been surrounded by sports, both playing and being a spectator, so working in sports just made sense for her.
In her free time, you can find Laney photographing anything she can, reading, creating art, or spending time with family and friends
2025 will be Marissa’s 1st season with the Harrisburg Senators, but not her first baseball season. Her baseball career began with the Charleston RiverDogs (Low-A, Carolina League) and Tampa Bay Rays as an intern.
She graduated in 2024 with a degree in Sports and Live Entertainment Management with a minor in Sports Media from the University of South Carolina. Marissa loves her Gamecock Athletics and can often be seen checking the score on gamedays.
Marissa grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta but has found a love for teams across the country including the Rays, Broncos, Kings, and Capitals. Aside from her love of sports, she loves spending time with friends and running.
Clara is an alum of the University of Dayton with a degree in Sport Communication and Media Production. Outside of baseball she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Clara is a Peanuts enthusiast, but more specifically, loves Snoopy. She collects various Snoopy themed memorabilia ranging from baseball cards to stuffed animals to bed sheets and blankets to clothing items too. If you see her, ask her about her Halloween costume!
Stadium Operations
Brandon has been with the Senators since 1999 starting as an intern. After that he was the clubhouse manager up until 2007 when he started working on the grounds crew. Then in 2008 became the Head Groundskeeper. He is looking forward to the 2024 season which will be his 26th season with the team, 17th as Head Groundskeeper.
Brandon attended Slippery Rock University. He is a golf, Steeler, Penguins, and Notre Dame fan. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and playing golf. Brandon and his wife, Asheleigh, live in Mechanicsburg with their two daughters, Eliza and Finleigh; and their two dogs, Rusty and Paisley.
Tyler is a graduate of Kutztown University where he received his bachelor's degree in sports management. He started with the Senators in 2017 as a grounds & stadium intern.
Tyler is a Steelers and Phillies fan and currently resides in Palmyra. In his spare time Tyler likes to work on his jeep, golf, hunt, fish & workout. He also loves to hang out with his chocolate lab, Bear.
