The Senators strive to be as customer-friendly as possible, and we understand that sometimes plans change and you can’t use your tickets. That’s why the Senators offer Amnesty Dates!

On designated Amnesty Dates, any unused tickets you have can be exchanged at the box office for a ticket to that night’s game.

2027 Special Amnesty Dates

2027 Amnesty Dates will be announced at a later date. Please check back for the full schedule!

How It Works

• Fans can exchange their unused or previously non-exchangeable tickets for seats on one of the designated Amnesty Dates.

• Tickets can be exchanged for the same seating level as their unused tickets. **Except: **picnic tickets & suite tickets will be exchanged for box seat tickets.

• Tickets MUST be exchanged at the box office and cannot be exchanged over the phone.

• Ticket exchanges are subject to availability.
