The Senators strive to be as customer-friendly as possible and we understand that sometimes plans change and you can't use your tickets. That's why for the 2023 season the Senators will have Amnesty Dates! On our designated amnesty dates, any unused tickets you have can be exchanged at the box office for a ticket to that night's game!

Special Amnesty Dates:

• Thursday, May 18^th vs Erie at 6:30pm
• Wednesday, June 14^th vs Erie at 6:30pm
• Tuesday, July 25^th vs Altoona at 6:30pm
• Sunday, August 13^th vs Akron at 1:00pm (Youth Helmet Giveaway)
• Tuesday, September 12^th vs Bowie at 6:30pm

How it works

• - Fans can exchange their unused / previously non-exchangeable tickets for seats for one of the dates listed above.
• - Tickets can be exchanged for the same seating level as their unused tickets. *_Except: *_picnic tickets & suite tickets will be exchanged for box seat tickets.
• - Tickets MUST be exchanged at the box office. They cannot be done over the phone..
• - Ticket exchanges are subject to availability
