Why are we moving to digital ticketing?
Digital ticketing not only meets MLB facility requirements but also makes your game day experience safer, faster, and more convenient. It reduces the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and allows you to easily manage, transfer, or sell your tickets anytime.
What’s my account login?
Log in using your MLB Ballpark/MLB Account email and password (the same credentials as your Nationals Ticket Account). Don’t have an MLB account? Click ‘Sign-up’ to create one and access your tickets. NOTE: All tickets are tied to the email used to purchase them online or by phone. For help, call the Box Office at (717) 231-4444.
Who do I contact if I have an issue logging into my account?
If you forgot your MLB account password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page or visit this page. Other MLB account or service issues can also be directed here.
Will group tickets be digital?
Yes. Group tickets will be delivered digitally and can be transferred to group members or distributed by your Sales Rep. See the “Forward your tickets” tutorial above for instructions.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online, in-person, or by phone. In-person purchases will automatically load the tickets into your My Tickets account, with a link sent to your email for easy access.
Can I add tickets to my Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Yes. Once you select the tickets you want, click 'Add to Wallet' to save them to your digital wallet.
Can I screenshot tickets and have them scanned?
No. Screenshots will not be accepted at FNB Field to prevent fraud. Tickets must be displayed from your online account, Apple/Google Wallet, or printed at home.
How can I ensure that I can access my tickets on game day via smartphone?
We strongly recommend adding all your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet before arrival. This ensures you can access them even if your phone loses service.
What do I show at the ballpark gates for entry?
Show the QR code or barcode on your mobile device, which will be scanned by a team employee for entry.
Can I print my ticket from home?
Yes. Log in to your Harrisburg Senators account, select 'My Tickets', and click 'View and Print'. You can also click the link in your confirmation email.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes. If your group enters together, you can have all tickets on one phone and swipe to display each individually for scanning.
What if I want to buy a ticket for someone else?
You can purchase tickets for others, but if you won’t enter with them, forward the tickets via email from your account using the “Forward” button.
Will someone see if I forward a ticket to them?
Yes. They will receive an email and, if they don’t have an account, they’ll be prompted to create one.
If I receive a forwarded ticket, can I then forward that ticket on to another person?
Yes. Forwarded tickets can be sent again, and both the new sender and recipient receive confirmation emails. There’s no limit to forwards.
