Klubhouse Kids Tryouts this Saturday at Harrisburg Mall
The tryout this Saturday will require each potential Klubhouse Kid to sing or speak the words to Take Me Out to the Ballgame, in whatever style he or she chooses. Wearing Senators gear or other baseball-related clothing is encouraged, though not required. It is important that that our Klubhouse Kids like coming to Senators games, but they do not need to be baseball players.
The 2010 Klubhouse Kids will receive free admission to all 71 Senators home games, a personalized Senators jersey, a chance to meet the team, and the official title of Head of the Kids Club for the year.
Here are the words to Take Me Out to the Ballgame:
"Take me out to the ball game, Take me out with the crowd;
Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack, I don't care if I never get back.
Let me root, root, root for the home team, If they don't win, it's a shame.
For it's one, two, three strikes, you're out, At the old ball game."
