The Harrisburg Senators continue their 2018 promotional schedule reveal with their announcement of the biggest events and biggest games this year. The promotional schedule's biggest event is Sunday, April 29 when the first 4,000 fans of all ages receive a free one-day Hersheypark pass.

Previously the Senators announced their 22 firework shows and 24 games of giveaways and today add to them the final pieces to the 2018 Senators promotional schedule. Each of the big events, big games are listed below with information about them.
BIG EVENTS, BIG GAMES

  • Sunday, April 29 vs. Altoona, 1:30 p.m. - Hersheypark one-day Pass giveaway to the first 4,000 fans all ages

                                <li>This is the largest giveaway in Senators history! These passes expire July 31, 2018. For more information on hours and the 3 parks-in-one experience at Hersheypark, please visit www.hersheypark.com.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

                            <li><b>Thursday, May 10 vs. New Hampshire, 7 p.m.</b> - 1K Beer Run&nbsp;&nbsp;
                            <ul>
                                <li>This event was a huge success last year, so the Senators are bringing it back. Each participant goes around the warning track three times, drinking an eight-ounce beer each lap. Everyone that participates receives a t-shirt and a portion of each ticket purchased benefiting charity.&nbsp;</li>
                            </ul>
                            </li>
                            <li><b>Saturday, May 26 vs. Altoona, 6 p.m.</b> - <forge-entity title="Stephen Strasburg" slug="stephen-strasburg-544931" code="player">Stephen Strasburg</forge-entity> Bobblehead giveaway to the first 1,500 fans of all ages&nbsp;&nbsp;

                                <li>Stephen Strasburg is inducted into The One &amp; Only World Famous, Life Size Bobblehead Hall of Fame. Stephen becomes the sixth former Senator inducted since it was created in 2016.&nbsp;</li>
                            </ul>

                            <li><b>Monday, May 28 vs. Altoona, 12 p.m.</b> - POW/MIA Chair Dedication
                            <ul>
                                <li>The Senators are dedicating a POW/MIA Chair in a pregame ceremony. The chair will be unveiled and stay in its location permanently. The Senators invite all veterans to join us that day.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
                                <li>Previously announced: It's also Military Monday with free tickets, excluding club seats, for current or former military members and their families can purchase half-price tickets.</li>

                            <li><b>Saturday, June 30 vs. Richmond, 6 p.m.</b> - Scout Night Sleepover&nbsp;&nbsp;
                            <ul>
                                <li>It's the annual scout night sleepover at FNB Field. After the game Scouts will pitch tents in the outfield and watch a movie on the big screen. &nbsp;</li>
                                <li>Previously announced - Star Wars Night with a Senators Star Wars t-shirt to the first 1,000 fans 13 and older and the team is wearing special jerseys&nbsp;</li>

                            <li><b>Sunday, July 1 vs. Richmond, 6 p.m.</b> - Cowboy Monkey Rodeo
                            <ul>
                                <li>The rodeo is in town for one night and if you've never seen Monkeys riding Collies chasing Goats, well, you're in for a treat. This is one of the biggest games of the season!</li>
                            </ul>

                            <li><b>Tuesday, July 3 vs. Richmond, 6:30 p.m.&nbsp;</b>- Independence Day Fireworks a day early
                            <ul>
                                <li>Join the Senators in celebrating our nations' birthday a day early with the biggest fireworks show of the season!</li>
                            </ul>

                            <li><b>Saturday, July 28 vs. Bowie, 6 p.m.</b> - Murder Mystery Night
                            <ul>
                                <li>The Senators will be doing a unique Murder Mystery Night along with an appearance by Dauphin County Coroner Graham Hetrick.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
                                <li>Previously announced: Graham Hetrick Bobblehead giveaway to the first 1,000 fans 13 and older and postgame fireworks.</li>
                            </ul>
                            </li>
                            <li><b>Sunday, July 29 vs. Bowie (special 6 p.m. start)</b> - Battle of the Badges&nbsp;&nbsp;
                            <ul>
                                <li>Prior to the 6 p.m. start, members of local fire departments and police departments will take the field and play a softball game! Come out early and support our local first responders! Previously announced: Senators Tank Top giveaway to the first 1,000 fans 13 and older and it's a Super Splash Sunday.&nbsp;</li>
                            </ul>

                            <li><b>Wednesday, August 1 vs. Altoona, 6:30 p.m.</b> - Human Cannonball Appearance&nbsp;&nbsp;
                            <ul>
                                <li>If you've never seen a person shot out of a cannon across a baseball diamond, tonight's your chance! After the game is over, the Human Cannonball will be shot out of a huge cannon. &nbsp;</li>
                                <li>Previously announced: Wet Nose Wednesday and Two for One Hot Dogs</li>

                            <li><b>Saturday, August 11 vs. Trenton, 6 p.m.</b>&nbsp;- Family Sleepover Night

                                <li>t's a terrific night for the whole family and after the game, you'll be allowed to pitch a tent in the outfield and there will be a movie on the big screen!&nbsp;</li>
                                <li>Previously announced: Pink Night with the first 1,000 fans 13 and over receiving a Pink Senators Hat. The Senators are wearing special jerseys.</li>

                            <li><b>Sunday, August 12 vs. Trenton, 1:30 p.m.</b>&nbsp;-Touch A Truck&nbsp;&nbsp;

                                <li>Kids of all ages can climb in and on various equipment courtesy of Pennsy Supply as well as firetrucks and other rescue vehicles.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
                                <li>Previously announced: Senators youth t-shirt giveaway to the first 1,000 fans 12 and under and it's a Super Splash Sunday.</li>
