The Hudson Valley Renegades and Heritage Financial Credit Union have partnered to design an Education Program to bring the excitement of education and baseball to local elementary schools throughout the Hudson Valley! This program has been crafted to promote core values such as honesty, integrity, and teamwork.

During the 2024 school year, Hudson Valley Renegades and Heritage Financial Credit Union staff and team mascots will visit local elementary schools each month from January to June. Representatives in attendance will share their experiences while stressing the importance of teamwork and financial literacy.

The Education Program is designed for elementary students in grades K through 6. Schools will be allotted a two-hour time block for educational programming. Programming for each visit will be predetermined, wherein instruction will be distinguishable according to grade level and classroom environment. Teachers are strongly encouraged to provide recommended content to be shared.

Each student in the participating classroom receives an Education Program branded Hudson Valley Renegades folder and bookmark!
