FirstEnergy Park is an ADA Accessible facility and we want to make every fan feel completely welcome at a BlueClaws game or special event. With any questions, please email [email protected].

Accessible Seating/Companion Seating

The BlueClaws have 100 handicap accessible seating and companion seating located throughout the concourse though the BlueClaws have the ability to add additional space as needed. However, these spaces are limited and fans are encouraged to contact the BlueClaws Box Office at 732-901-7000 option 2 if in need of a wheelchair space.

Concession Stands

The FirstEnergy Park concession stands, located along the first and third base concourses, are both wheelchair accessible and located on the main concourse level.

Dietary Restrictions

Fans with dietary restrictions should contact the BlueClaws in advance of attending the game at 732-901-7000. A representative of the Food & Beverage Department will be able to go over all options that are available in the ballpark.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Areas

Fans that need special drop-off and pick-up areas can speak to a parking attendant and will be able to utilize the areas surrounding the handicap parking spaces on either side of the main plaza.

Elevators

The BlueClaws have a public elevator to allow access to the Luxury Suite level that is accessible through the main office entrance or through the glass door adjacent to the OceanFirst Bank Third Base Gate. Fans that need an elevator to access the field level (such as for an on-field performance or pre-game ceremony) will be accompanied via the service elevator by a BlueClaws staff member.

Family / ADA Restrooms

The BlueClaws have two Family / ADA restrooms located on the main concourse, one on the first base side behind Section 106 and one on the third base side behind Section 109.

First Aid

The First Aid office is located inside the OceanFirst Bank Third Base Gate. Fans that need immediate assistance can ask a BlueClaws staff member or an usher to coordinate with on-site EMS personnel.

Groups

Groups that need a large amount of handicap accessible seating or other special arrangements are encouraged to reach out to the BlueClaws in advance of their visit at 732-901-7000 option 3.

Guest Services

Visit the New Jersey Natural Gas Information Booth on the concourse behind home plate with any questions, or ask a staff member.

Kids Play Areas

The Toyota World of Lakewood Home Run Pavilion is located in centerfield featuring five “boardwalk-style” games that are handicap accessible.

Nut Allergy

Fans that have a special peanut allergy, or any other allergy, and needs special arrangements, should call the BlueClaws at 732-901-7000 in advance of their visit.

Parking

The BlueClaws have handicap parking sections in the front of the ballpark and at the front of Lots A and D. Ramp access is available on either side of the plaza.

Cart service is available by asking a BlueClaws parking attendant.

Q

Quiet Areas

The BlueClaws can provide a Quiet Area for fans in need. Please call 732-901-7000 option 3 in advance to arrange for a Quiet Area if needed.

Ramps

Ramp access to the ballpark is available on either side of the plaza.

Seating Relocation

Fans that require relocation to a handicap-accessible seat while at the stadium should contact a staff member or visit the NJEA Ticket Kiosk on the concourse behind home plate. However, fans that need handicap-seating are encouraged to reach out to the BlueClaws Box Office in advance of attending the game.

Service Animals

Service animals are always welcome at FirstEnergy Park, though their owners will need to sign a waiver.

Suites

Access the Luxury Suite Level via the elevator in the main lobby, accessible through the OceanFirst Bank Third Base Gate or the double-glass doors from outside the ballpark.

W

Water Fountains

ADA-accessible water fountains are available throughout the concourse and on the Luxury Suite Level outside the Press Box.

Wheelchair Seating

48 wheelchair spaces are located around the concourse with six each in the odd-numbered sections (101, 103, 105, 107, 109, 111, 113, and 115). Fans that need a space or adjacent seating are encouraged to contact the BlueClaws Box Office at 732-901-7000 option 2 in advance of their visit.

Wheelchair Services/Courtesy Wheelchairs

Fans that need wheelchairs while at the game should visit the First Aid Office adjacent to the OceanFirst Bank Third Base Gate or contact the BlueClaws at 732-901-7000 in advance of the game.

Wheelchair Storage

Fans that need to store a wheelchair while at the ballpark can do so. Please enter the BlueClaws Executive Offices for storage.
