Ticket Information

Accessing Your Tickets

Your tickets can be accessed digitally from your Tickets.com Account using your MLB.com login!

We recommend downloading the MiLB App. From there, either create an MLB.com account (using the same email that you've used to order your tickets) or login. Your tickets will display and they'll be scanned right from the app!

If you're inside the ballpark, visit the Ticket Services Kiosk on the concourse behind home plate.

Key Times & Locations

Parking Lot: The parking lot opens 2 hours and 5 minutes before the game (non-double-header games), 5:00 for a 7:05 pm game.

Gates Open: The gates open 1 hour and 5 minutes before the game (6:00 for a 7:05 pm game) for most fans, and 95 minutes before the game (5:30 for a 7:05 pm game) for fans with early entrance.

Entry Gates: You are able to enter the stadium through either the First Commerce Bank First Base Gate or the RWJBarnabas Health Third Base Gate.
