The Cyclones Are Coming - BlueClaws to Host Mets Affiliate June 1st - 6th at FirstEnergy Park

JERSEY SHORE, NJ - The Battle of the Beach, the first-ever meeting between the BlueClaws and the Brooklyn Cyclones, High-A affiliate of the New York Mets, is set for June 1st through 6th at FirstEnergy Park.

The teams will play 30 times this year, including 12 at the Jersey Shore, a six-game series beginning June 1st and a six-game series beginning July 27th. The Cyclones roster features SS Ronny Mauricio, the Mets #2 prospect per MLB Pipeline.

The six-game series features 7:05 pm games from Tuesday through Saturday and a 1:05 matinee on Sunday, June 6th in the series finale.

Tuesday, June 1st (7:05 pm) - The Medusas de Jersey Shore are back tonight, presented by New Jersey Natural Gas! The Medusas are part of MiLB's Copa de la Diversion program (more here). It's a Silver Sluggers Tuesday where Silver Sluggers Club members eat free. Wednesday, June 2nd (7:05 pm) - It's White Claw Wednesday and the BlueClaws will have $5 White Claws available in the Sand Bar and around the concourse.

Thursday, June 3rd (7:05 pm) - It's Thirsty Thursday, with $2 Coors and Coors Light cans available in the Sand Bar and concourse-wide. Join the BlueClaws Thirsty Thursday Club to get 10 undated Thursday tickets that can be used in any denomination (such as one at 10 different games or all 10 at one game). Friday, June 4th (*5:00 pm) - Please note that the BlueClaws and Cyclones will resume a game suspended on Thursday beginning at 5:00 pm. The BlueClaws will celebrate their second Pride Night, presented by Coca-Cola, at the game. The first 1,500 fans receive a BlueClaws Pride Night cap thanks to Coca-Cola and the hats will be handed out when the gates open at 4:30 pm. Be sure to stay after the game for post-game fireworks too! The BlueClaws will air a panel discussion about Pride Month and LGBTQ initiatives and resources with Christian Fuscarino of Garden State Equality and Joe Votruba of NJ 101.5. Saturday, June 5th (7:05 pm) - The BlueClaws and Cyclones continue their series on Saturday night at 7:05 pm. Kids Run the Bases after the game, like every game, thanks to RWJBarnabas Health.

Sunday, June 6th (1:05 pm) - Sundays are Kids Days. Kids Eat Free at every Sunday game thanks to Sabrett. Members of the BlueClaws Kids Club, presented by Jenkinson's Boardwalk and Sunny Days Sunshine Center get a free hot dog, chips and soda. Fans can register for the Kids Club online by clicking here.
