BENEFITS

OPPORTUNITIES
- 1-25 volunteers per game can earn money working in our picnic area
- 5-45 volunteers per game can earn money working in our concession stands or on our portables
COMPENSATION
- All volunteers earn $10/hour/person for each game or event worked
ARRIVAL TIMES
- Picnic Area Volunteers need to arrive 2 hours prior to the game
- Concession Stand Volunteers need to arrive an hour and a half prior to game time
- Times may change based upon game or event
REQUIRED UNIFORM
- Khaki pants or knee-length shorts
- Comfortable closed-toe shoes
- Lugnuts provide red polo collared shirt ($20 one-time charge per volunteer) and hat ($5.00 one-time charge per volunteer)
TRAINING
- Pre-season training will occur on a scheduled date before your first event
- Walkthrough picnic and concession operations
- Lugnuts Stand Manager will lead your group through the game
* All volunteers must be 16 years old and 18 years old to serve alcohol.
The Lansing Lugnuts have the option to reduce the number required or call off all volunteers up to 48 hours before the beginning of the game. All compensation will be paid out in 2-3 weeks via check or direct deposit.
