Group Outings FAQ

TRADITIONAL GROUP OUTINGS

Q: How many tickets are required to qualify as a group?

A: Group rates begin with a minimum purchase of 20 tickets. Smaller groups can utilize our Luxury Suite options that begin at a minimum of 16 tickets.

Q: Will my group be recognized during the game?

A: Groups with 20+ guests will be listed on the video board during the middle of the 5th inning of the game.

Additional scoreboard messages for birthdays, anniversaries, or other special requests can be purchased HERE (All requests must be submitted in advance of the game and approved by Louisville Bats staff.)

Q: Can my guests pay individually?

A: To qualify for our group rate, outings must be paid in full by the group contact. We recommend utilizing money sharing apps such as CashApp or Venmo when coordinating your group outings with friends and family.

For larger corporate or group outings, please contact the Louisville Bats Group Sales line at (502) 212-2287 to learn more about Fevo and how your business or organization can create a unique ticket link for your guests.

Q: How do I begin my reservation?

A: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a block of seats for any game. Final headcount and payment is due two weeks prior to your game date.

Q: Can I add concession money on to my tickets?

A: Loaded Value can be added on to any ticket for any whole dollar amount. Loaded Value can be used at concessions or the team store during the game by scanning your barcode printed on your ticket, or on your digital ticket from your phone.

CATERED GROUP OUTINGS (ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT PACKAGE)

Q: What is included in the price per person for All-You-Can-Eat?

A: The price per person includes your entry into the game, space rental fee, and food. Alcohol is not included with the AYCE package, however Loaded Value can be added on to allow guests to purchase alcohol or other items at concessions.

Q: What food comes with the All-You-Can-Eat package?

Q: What is the minimum number of guests for an All-You-Can-Eat package?

A: A minimum of 40 guests (can be any combination of kids and adults) is required to book an All-You-Can-Eat package for any game. Group catering areas can hold anywhere from 40-1,000 guests based on space availability. Please let your group sales representative know at the time of booking what your estimated headcount will be so that they can recommend the best available space for your group!

Q: How long does catering last?

A: All-You-Can-Eat catering lasts a total of 2 hours, with start times varying based on space. Your group sales representative can provide more information at the time of booking.
