Plan a field trip at FirstEnergy Stadium!

(Reading, PA) - The Reading Fightin Phils are excited to host an Education Day at the ballpark where schools from all over can have the best field trip ever! On Tuesday, May 24th, 2022 the Fightins will host a morning game at 11:00am to welcome elementary, middle, and high school students and faculty for education and baseball.

Give your students the opportunity to learn in a real-world environment in our large outdoor space. Schools from Berks to Bucks to Philadelphia Counties have participated in this Education Day for over two decades. Kids fill the ballpark for a full capacity crowd to enjoy the fresh air in a safe and fun manner.

The Reading Fightin Phils, Double-A Phillies affiliate will take on Binghamton Rumble Ponies, the Double-A Mets affiliate, at 11:00am on Tuesday, May 24th to give schools an opportunity to join us for field trip. Tickets are only $8 and there is an option for students to purchase a bagged lunch for an additional $5.

In addition to baseball, the day will feature activity guides, pre-game academic challenges and presentations. Plus, there will be a pregame Q&A session with players of the Fightin Phils!

The R-Phils will also offer a "Sports Marketing Seminar" for high schoolers interested in business and marketing. This includes special access to the inside operations of running a baseball organization.
