RENO, Nev. – With the Spring Training only a few weeks away, a pair of families who are two of many Reno Aces season and mini-plan holders, the Klitzkes’s and Parco’s, are gearing up for an exciting new season of memories and outstanding Aceball at Greater Nevada Field.

Bryn and Greg Klitzke have been proud fans of the BLC Nine for over a decade. Since their first experience at the downtown ballpark, sitting on the right-field berm, which allowed them to enjoy the game while their two kids ran around, expelled some energy at the Kids Zone.

Greg met his now best friend at the Greater Nevada Field during an Aces game, and over the years, their friendship continued to grow with their love for baseball. With each season that followed, they incrementally moved closer to home plate, where they could enjoy the action on the field more and take in the game-day experience.

“It’s a chance to get away from life,” Greg said, “to come out here and watch these guys play and have a great time.”

Bryn shares a similar sentiment. “It means everything to our family.”

One of the Aces’ newest mini-plan holders, the Parco family attended nearly 40 games during the 2023 season.

Buddy and Katina Parco’s nine-year-old daughter, Irena, is a super fan who can’t get enough of her hometown club while enjoying her time at the ballpark and cheering on the Aces!

Usually decked out in her carefully selected Aces outfit, her favorite aspect of coming to Greater Nevada Field is interacting with the players and getting to know other fans around the park.

“My daughter (Irena) gets super excited about coming to the games,” Katina said, “with all the excitement… and I just love seeing her happy.”

As the Reno Aces’ 2024 Opening Day is inching even closer, the Parco’s and Klitzke’s are among the many families who view Greater Nevada Field as their second home where they can create lasting memories throughout the summer months in Northern Nevada.

The Reno Aces are slated to open the 2024 season on the road in Las Vegas on Friday, March 29th. They will make their home debut at Greater Nevada Field on Tuesday, April 2nd, hosting the Sacramento River Cats, Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, at 2:05 p.m. PDT.

Season memberships for the 2024 campaign are available via RenoAces.com by texting “MEMBER” to 21003 or calling (775) 334-7000.
