Yu-Cheng Chang homered and had two hits, and Matt Esparza allowed just two hits over seven innings as the Akron RubberDucks topped the Harrisburg Senators 3-0 on Tuesday.

Mitch Brown got Raudy Read to ground out with runners on first and third to end the game for his fourth save of the season.

Esparza (3-0) picked up the win after he struck out five and walked two.

In the bottom of the first, Akron grabbed the lead on a sacrifice fly by Francisco Mejia that scored Jordan Smith. The RubberDucks then added single runs in the fifth and seventh innings. In the fifth, Chang hit a solo home run, while Eric Haase hit a solo home run in the seventh.

Jaron Long (5-6) went eight innings, allowing three runs and four hits while striking out three in the Eastern League game. It was the longest outing by a Senators starter this season.

Neftali Soto had two hits in the game for the Senators.

The Senators were held scoreless for the seventh time this season, while the RubberDucks' staff recorded their fourth shutout of the year.
