Game Postponed in Kannapolis
Shorebirds and Intimidators to play doubleheader Friday
Kannapolis, NC - Thursday's game between the Delmarva Shorebirds and the Kannapolis Intimidators has been postponed due to rain. The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Friday evening.
The doubleheader will consist of two seven-inning games. First pitch is scheduled for 5:00 pm at CMC-NorthEast Stadium. The second game will start approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the opener.
Kannapolis won the series opener, 3-2 on Wednesday night. Sebastian Vader (4-1, 3.62) and Luc Rennie (1-3, 6.75) are scheduled to start for Delmarva as the Shorebirds look to regain a winning record on the year.
