HIRING: 2015 Inside Sales Representatives

Salisbury, MD - The Delmarva Shorebirds, Class "A" affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, are currently in the process of hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join the Shorebirds sales department for the 2015 season. Responsibilities

Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for prospecting new leads, and providing excellent customer service to these potential clients. New sales will consist of season tickets, mini plans, and group/food packages. Personal sales efforts will be gauged on weekly, monthly, and yearly terms, and must be fulfilled on a consistent basis. An exceptionally high standard of customer service is expected at all times. This position will be expected to initiate outside sales opportunities on occasion as well, and will be responsible for staffing sales tables at outside events and game days. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

The applicant must be willing to work part-time for the Delmarva Shorebirds. Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. Applicant must be willing to make cold calls to potential clients on a consistent and recurring basis. The applicant must have strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task. Must be able to work 20 hours a week, plus some game nights.

Start Date - January 2015

Pay - Hourly Rate Plus Commission
