Georgia Southern Battles Clemson at SRP Park on March 10^th

Rematch of Thrilling 2025 Affair Set with Tickets On-Sale Friday, January 23^rd

NORTH AUGUSTA, SC: SRP Park, in partnership with Clemson University (Atlantic Coast Conference) and Georgia Southern University (Sun Belt Conference), is excited to usher in a new year of the SRP Park College Baseball Showcase on Tuesday, March 10^th. Clemson University will be the home team, with first pitch slated for 6:35PM. Gates will open at 5:00PM.

“We’re very excited to have this returning match-up of premiere college baseball between Clemson and Georgia Southern,” stated GreenJackets General Manager, Brandon Greene, “Hosting two top collegiate programs with local ties at SRP Park is a great event for the CSRA to check out some amazing talent.”

SRP Park, Clemson Baseball & Georgia Southern University will open up VIP ticket sales to GreenJackets Season Seat Members, Sponsors & both Georgia Southern University and Clemson Baseball Season Ticket Holders starting Tuesday, January 20^th. Clemson Baseball and Georgia Southern University Season Seat holders will receive correspondence from their respective schools.

Individual tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, January 23^rd at 10:00 AM at the SRP Park Box Office and online at www.greenjacketsbaseball.com.

About Clemson Baseball

Clemson baseball has a rich history of success dating to its first season in 1896. From Head Coach John Heisman to more-recent Hall of Fame Head Coaches Bill Wilhelm and Jack Leggett, and now to Head Coach Erik Bakich, the Tigers have totaled 3,084 wins, seventh most in Division I history, entering the 2026 season. Clemson has made 47 NCAA Tournament appearances, fifth most in history, and 12 College World Series trips. Starting in 1930, the Eagle Baseball program has had loads of success throughout its 85-year history. The Eagles have seen 62 seasons of 30+ wins, and eleven that eclipsed over 40 victories. Head Coach Rodney Hennon not only has the most wins in program history, but is also tied as the eighth longest-tenured active coach in Division I as he starts his 27th year at the helm. Making 15 appearances in the NCAA Tournament, the Eagles recently were a Regional site host in 2022 as the No. 16 national seed. The Eagles have also made the Sun Belt Tournament Championship game in two of the last four seasons.
