NORTH AUGUSTA, SC - The Augusta GreenJackets, Single 'A' Affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, are excited to announce nine updates and two additions to the Front Office Staff for the 2020 Season.

"As we enter year 3 at SRP Park we are excited to have our staff grow in their roles and welcome new talent to continue to offer a first-rate experience! We have one of the hardest working staffs in MiLB and these promotions showcase the growth we are having with SRP Park. We are also happy to welcome Catie and John along with the interns to the front office team. We are fortunate to have the amount of talent and experience here in North Augusta, this is going to BEE a great year," said GreenJackets Vice President, Tom Denlinger.

Four staff members were promoted to Directors during the off-season: Debbie Brown (Administration & Finance), Chelsea Galbraith (Retail and Merchandise Operations) enters her third season with the GreenJackets, Matt Szczupakowski (Ticket Sales) goes into his fourth season, Yari Natal (Group Sales) starts her third season with the GreenJackets, and Greg Dietz (Corporate Sales) begins his fifth season with the team.

Other noteworthy promotions include Troy Pakusch and James Mullins. Troy is into his fifth season with the GreenJackets and has been promoted to Member and Ticket Sales Manager. James starts his third season as a Senior Group Sales Executive.

Added from the 2019 Intern Class, Zach Balden, D'Shaun Booker and Marquisha "Qui" Grovner have been added to the full-time roster. Zach helps keep the ballpark in good shape as Stadium Operations Coordinator. D'Shaun is a Ticket and Groups Sales Executive, eager to help any groups interested in coming out to the ballpark. Qui can help bring your event together at SRP Park as a Sales and Event Services Coordinator.

John Schow joins the team as the new Director of Food & Beverage. Bringing a wealth of experience throughout Minor League Baseball, including stops with the El Paso Chihuahuas and the Omaha Storm Chasers, he's excited to bring something new to the plate for the GreenJackets season. He'll be kicking off some creative ideas in the concession stands, including having a gourmet hotdog themed towards our opponents each homestand. John was a Featured Chef in Venues Magazine, received Most Vegetarian Friendly Ballpark Award, and created the menus for the Chicago Cubs Spring Training venue all in 2014. He has also seen seven Division Championships and three National Championships when he was chef.

New in the marketing Department, Catie Graf takes on the role of Director of Marketing, Promotions, and Community Relations. Catie brings six years of professional baseball experience, previously with the Binghamton Rumble Ponies Double-A affiliate of the New York Mets in Binghamton, NY where she was Director of Marketing & Promotions. She spent three seasons with the Lake Erie Crushers of the Frontier League (Independent) as Director and completed internships with the Frederick Keys (Advance-A of the Baltimore Orioles) and the Great Falls Voyagers (Rookie Level of Chicago White Sox).
