Series Opener vs. Power Postponed Due to Rain

Augusta, GA-Game one of the three game series between the Augusta GreenJackets and the West Virginia Power Monday night has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up on Tuesday evening as part of a double header at Lake Olmstead Stadium.Tuesday's double header is scheduled to begin

Augusta, GA-Game one of the three game series between the Augusta GreenJackets and the West Virginia Power Monday night has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up on Tuesday evening as part of a double header at Lake Olmstead Stadium.
Tuesday's double header is scheduled to begin at 5:35pm with the gates opening at 5:00pm. It is Social Media Night as well as Tuesday Brewsday featuring half-price beverages all night long.
Domenic Mazza (2-4, 4.95) will start on the mound for the GreenJackets in game one against James Marvel (2-3, 3.97) for the power. For game two, D.J. Myers (1-4, 3.72) will start on the mound for the GreenJackets against Luis Escobar (3-2, 4.54) for the Power.
The 29th consecutive season of professional baseball in Augusta is underway.
