Award-Winning Children’s Author Mo Willems will be at Maimonides Park on Saturday, September 3rd for a pre-game book reading in celebration of the release of his new book “The Pigeon Will Ride the Roller Coaster”. A special ticket is required for the event and space is limited. The book reading will take place in The Backyard, starting at approximately 5:15 PM. The game will begin at 6:00 PM.

The $35 ticket package which includes access to the book reading as well as a Piggie & Elephant Bobblehead & Pigeon Beanie are SOLD OUT. The remaining tickets are $30 and will include the Piggie & Elephant Bobblehead BUT NOT THE PIGEON CAP.

There will be limited seating in The Backyard for the event to maximize space, so those attending are encouraged to bring blankets or beach towels for seating. There will be NO VIDEO ALLOWED during the event.

Piggie, Elephant and The Pigeon will be available for photos during the game near section 19 on the Main Concourse starting after the game begins.

In addition, the first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive a Brandon Nimmo Bobblehead.
