Ballpark Pass
New for the 2026 Season!
The Brooklyn Cyclones are proud to introduce the all-new Ballpark Pass for the 2026 Season. It is the most affordable ticket plan in all of New York Sports...and it's not particularly close.
The Ballpark Pass gives you access to 65 of the 66 Cyclones home games for just $149. That's less than $3 a game.
The Ballpark Pass is also available as a Family Pass with access to up to four (4) tickets per game for $229.
This is NOT a monthly rate. The Ballpark Pass is a one-time cost.
Now we realize this deal sounds too good to be true...but we promise it's just another reason why coming to see the Cyclones is AMAZIN'.
Here's how it works:
You can select up to four (4) games at a time.
All games - except Seinfeld Night - will be available for you to choose from.
Seinfeld Night is available for an additional fee through your Ballpark Pass.
Your seat choices will be in Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 or 24.
As soon as the date of your first game passes, you will be able to select another game to be added to your pass.
All tickets will be based on availability. There will be tickets made available for 65 of the 66 games, but they will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I Upgrade My Pass to a Different Section?
Your Ballpark Pass ticket includes a seat in one of our Box Sections (Section 17 - 24), but you can upgrade to a Lower Field Box or Upper Field Box Seat right through your Fan Rally account.
For Premium Games, the upgrade cost is $15 to Lower Field Box and $10 for Upper Field Box. For Non-Premium Games, the upgrade cost if $10 for Lower Field Box or $10 for Upper Field Box.
When Can I Claim my Tickets?
Tickets will be available to claim as soon as single-game tickets are made available for purchase and you can claim your ticket for a particular game (based on availability) up until the time of the scheduled first pitch. All of this will be done digitally through your Fan Rally account. You will only be able to claim four (4) games at a time and will be able to add on an additional game once a ticket is scanned at the ballpark.
Can I Print My Tickets at Home or at the Box Office?
No, FanRally tickets must be claimed and scanned via the FanRally website on a mobile device. Tickets are not able to be printed at home or at the box office. You will need a mobile device to use the Ballpark Pass.
Why Can't I See my Tickets?
Ticket barcodes will populate on the FanRally Page four (4) hours before the game’s scheduled start time.
Can I Release My Tickets Once I Claim Them?
Releasing tickets must be done 24 hours in advance of the game time to receive your access pass back.
I Really Don't Get This. Can You Explain it in More Detail?
We get it. It's a new concept for everyone. We're still learning as we go along as well. But we'll try our best to break it down as best as we can.
Step 1 - Sign Up for Your Ballpark Pass. There are options for individuals (1 ticket) or family (4 tickets).
Step 2 - You'll log in to your account and select up to four (4) games at a time. For example, let's say we chose April 3rd, April 14th, June 9th and July 11th.
Step 3 - Once the game on April 3rd is over, I can claim another game to add to my pass. It could be as early as April 4th or as late as September 6th. The important part to remember is you can have up to four (4) games on your pass at any one time.
Step 4 - That's pretty much it. It's really simple. You can come to as many games as you want (based on availability) but you can only reserve four games at a time. It's sort of like Lightning Lanes at Disney World if you've ever been there - once you use
