Go to the My Cyclones Tickets page on your mobile device and enter the email address and password associated with your My Cyclones Ticket account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact your Account Representative or text 718-372-5596 for assistance. This account will be the same that you would use for Mets or Yankees tickets via The Ballpark App.
Tap Sign Up to set a password for the first time or Reset Password if you forget your password. If you choose reset password, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address and click submit. A temporary password will be emailed to you. Use that temporary password to login. You’ll be prompted to create your own password. Re-login with that new password.
Once logged in to your account, tap the menu icon in the top right corner. You will then select the dropdown with the heading ‘My Tickets,’ and then select the ‘FORWARD’ option.
Select the game and tickets you would like to forward and click on the ‘CHOOSE FRIEND’ button at the bottom of the page.
Select the seats/tickets you wish to forward from your account and click the CHOOSE FRIEND button
Choose the friend who will receive your tickets or click ‘ADD FRIEND’ at the bottom of the screen to add a new friend. Fill in all fields and tap “Create Friend”.
If you are sending tickets to someone for the first time you will be asked to input their name and e-mail. Once you have done that, click the CREATE FRIEND button
Once you have selected a friend, hit the 'FORWARD TICKETS' button at the bottom of the page.
Once the tickets have been successfully forwarded, you will receive a 'SUCCESS' pop-up and a confirmation email. The patron you sent tickets to will receive an email prompting them to login and accept the tickets.
To get started you'll need to go to the My Cyclones Tickets page. Everyone must create a new account the first time they log on in 2025. Even if you have had Cyclones tickets for 20 years, you'll need to click "SIGN UP" and create an account using the same e-mail that you used when purchasing your Flex Books. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact your Cyclones Ticket Representative by calling or texting 718 - 372 - 5596.
Once you have created your account, you can insert your email and password and click "LOG IN"
Once you have logged in, click the Hamburger Menu (the three lines in the top right corner) .
Then click "MY TICKETS" and in that sub menu select "VOUCHERS".
On the next screen, click "2025 CYCLONES FLEX BOOK VOUCHERS" which will be written in red. That will then take you to a page that will have all of your vouchers and their unique codes. In the top right corner, click the box where it says "SHOW ACTIVE ONLY." Then scroll down to the button that says "VOUCHER ACTIONS". Click the arrow to the right and then select REDEEM if you would like to claim the game for your own use.
On the following screen, you will see all the available vouchers associated with your account. If you would like to redeem two vouchers for a game, select two of the vouchers, if you want four tickets for a game, select four, etc. Once you have clicked the correct number of vouchers, scroll down and click the continue button.
You're almost there! On the next screen you will see all of the games options for which you can redeem your voucher. Click the game of your choosing. On the following screen click "OK" and you'll be taken to a screen that shows the seating chart of the ballpark. You'll be able to click on any available section and see the seats available.
At checkout you should see a red bar at the top that says "Redeeming # of # Vouchers." Underneath there will be the words "Flex Book Redemption" with the price listed as $14.90. Please note that there is an asterisk below that says "Voucher covers $14.90 of ticket price. Balance Due $0.00." If all of the information is correct click continue and you have successfully redeemed your voucher.
