The Frisco RoughRiders are pleased to invite you, teachers and students to participate in our Education Day celebrations at Riders Field. Due to the popularity of these events, please get your orders in early so you can secure the best seats; orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tuesday, May 7th: Frisco RoughRiders vs. San Antonio Missions at 11:05 a.m.
Tuesday, May 21st: Frisco RoughRiders vs. Midland RockHounds at 11:05 a.m.
Education Day at Riders Field provides elementary, middle and high school students the unique opportunity to learn outside of a classroom setting. Each student will receive an educational workbook on the day of the game which includes activities covering multiple subjects and grade levels.
We will have numerous educational and interactive learning stations set up along the ballpark's concourse to enhance the Education Day experience, as well as provide opportunities to participate in on-field promotional activities.
Learn about health and fitness with the Frisco Family YMCA, put your math skills to the test with Mathnasium, explore wildlife with the Dallas Zoo and enjoy activations from the Perot Museum!
WFAA Meteorologist Kyle Roberts is also joining us pregame on May 7th to educate and inspire future meteorologists about the math and science of forecasting weather.
