“I’m excited to see the 10th installment of Grand River Country Club occur at Jackson Field this week,” said course architect and Lugnuts director of retail Matt Hicks. “The overwhelmingly positive feedback I’ve received from countless participants since it began in 2021 is the driving force to keep bringing it back year after year.

“I’m even more proud that we are nearing the 2,000-pound mark of non-perishable food items for the Greater Lansing Food Bank as a result of the continuing donations each GRCC event brings in.

“Now this special September GRCC session, with awesome end-of-season rates, has it all – day golf, glow golf, night golf and for the first time, a Sunday chipping range! I can’t wait to see many familiar faces, and I hope a lot of new ones later this week during GRCC.”

The Grand River Country Club is open to registered individuals and foursomes of all ability levels, with each golfer receiving three shots at each hole to score as many points as they can:
• 25 points for a hole-in-one,
• 10 points for a ball on the green,
• 2 points for a ball on the field.

Nine tee boxes are spaced throughout the ballpark, seven elevated, with all nine greens located on the playing field. Golf balls are provided, but golfers are encouraged to bring their own clubs. Only 9-irons and wedges are allowed.

Every participant will receive coupons from Sparty’s Coney Island, Goodfellas Bagel and Deli, Taco Bell and one 2027 Lugnuts Ticket Voucher.
