Credit packages are available in increments of $200, valid for the 2026 season - from there, your purchase turns into account credit and is instantly added to your MyTickets account.

Use that credit any time to buy single-game tickets at a discounted rate. Ticket pricing varies by game date and desired seating location, broken into four transparent pricing tiers, so you’ll always know you’re getting value.

A: Yes, you can add-on Promo Credit Packages in increments of $200 throughout the season!

Q: What is the refund policy for the Promo Credit Package?

A: Promo Credit Packages are non-refundable.

Q: How does the Promo Credit Package work?

A: The Promo Credit Package is a package that receives Aces benefits + a promotional credit that expires at the end of the season. The package gives you access to discounted tickets. As long as you purchase tickets using your Promo Credit, you will have access to the discounted rate.

Q: How do I purchase tickets with my Promo Credit?

A: To purchase tickets using your Promo Credit, login to your MyTickets account and select Buy Tickets from the menu bar located in the top right corner of the page. When you select the game you want to purchase for, you will see an Exclusive Offers pop-up. Select the Promo Credit Offer, and your discounted pricing will be unlocked.

Q: Can the Promo Credit be used for any game?

A: Yes, you can purchase tickets for any game in that season, based on availability, at the discounted rate using your Promo Credit. Discounted ticket prices vary based on location and game date.

Q: Can I purchase discounted parking with my Promo Credit?

A: Parking passes will not be discounted when using your Promo Credit, but you can use your Promo Credit to purchase parking passes online at the Advanced Sale rate, based on availability.

Q: How much are tickets when I use my Promo Credit?

A: Promo credit ticket prices vary based on game date and seating location. Discounted tickets start at $7.00.

Q: How many tickets can be purchased per game?

A: You can purchase as many tickets per game as you would like at the discounted rate while your credit is available. Once all of your credit is used, you will no longer have access to the discounted rate.

Q: Does the Promo Credit expire?

A: Yes, the Promo Credit will expire at the end of the regular season in which it was purchased.

Q: If I use all of my Promo Credit, can I add more?

A: No, once you have used all of your Promo Credit, you will not be able to add more in that season and you will no longer have access to the discounted ticket rate.

Q: Can I use my Promo Credit to purchase tickets for other special events at Greater Nevada Field?

A: No, Promo Credits can be used to purchase tickets and parking for Regular Season Aces games only.

Q: Are tickets purchased with my Promo Credit exchangeable or refundable?

A: No, once a ticket is purchased using your Promo Credit it is not refundable or exchangeable.

Q: When I don’t have enough Promo Credit for a full ticket - will I still receive a discount?

A: Yes. For example, if you purchase a $15 ticket, but you only have $8 in promo credit remaining, there will be a $7 ticket balance. Once your final promo credit is used, you will no longer have access to the discounted rate.

Q: Do I get Season Member benefits with the purchase of a Promo Credit?

A: The Promo Credit Package allows for an invite to an end-of-season picnic, where access is granted for $25/pp. Attendees are limited to the number of packages you purchase. This package will also receive Aces Partners offer(s) during the season. Fans who purchase this package will not have access to the Season Member Entry Lane, receive guaranteed giveaways, team store discounts, or invitation to additional Season Member events.
