In light of the recent cancellation of the 2020 MiLB Season, the Reno Aces announce their policies for fans holding tickets to 2020 home games. While the Aces are disappointed with this outcome, the safety of our fans, employees, and players will continue to remain our number one priority.  

Season Memberships (Paid In Full)  
Reno Aces Season Members with plans that are Paid In Full will automatically receive a credit on account for the value of their 2020 Season Membership, plus an additional credit on account equal to 10 percent of the value of their 2020 Season Membership. This credit will be available to be used in the 2021 Season or beyond for your Season Membership Renewal, additional single game tickets, or group outings. Season Members will have first rights to secure seat locations when the 2021 Renewal Period begins. Season Memberships (Balance Due)  
Reno Aces Season Members with plans that currently have a Balance Due will automatically receive a credit on account for the value that has been paid towards their 2020 Season Membership, plus an additional credit on account equal to 10 percent of the value that has been paid towards their 2020 Season Membership. This credit will be available to be used in the 2021 Season or beyond for your Season Membership Renewal, additional single game tickets, or group outings. Season Members will have first rights to their current seats and plans for the 2021 season. Single-Game Purchasers 
Fans who purchased single-game tickets for any 2020 Reno Aces home game will automatically receive a credit on their account equal to the amount paid for purchased tickets. This is a forever credit which can be used towards the purchase of any future Reno Aces game or Reno 1868 FC match. Fans that have questions or concerns surrounding single game tickets can contact Director of Ticket Operation, Sarah Bliss, at (775) 334-7000 or via email at [email protected].   

Groups and Single Game Suite Rentals 
Fans who have purchased group tickets, single game suite rentals or a hospitality space to any 2020 Reno Aces home game will be contacted by their Group Account Executive. Fans that have questions or concerns surrounding Group Tickets can contact Director of Group Sales, Alex Strathearn, at (775) 334- 4700 or via email at [email protected]

Annual Suite Holders 
Annual Suite holders will be contacted directly by their Reno Aces Account Executive but should also review their agreement for direction on the process for impacted games that are not made up. What social distancing measures will you be taking in the future? 

While the climate is constantly changing, we are working with local and state agencies, as well as implementing best practices from the professional sport community, to provide a safe and clean environment for our fans. We will follow all CDC, state and local social distancing guidelines when we return to play. Cleanliness and the safety of our fans has always been our #1 priority and will continue to be when we are able to return to play.   

I booked a group outing/suite rental for the 2020 season. What do I need to do?  

Your Reno Aces Account Representative will be reaching out to you soon with the next steps to receive your account credit.  

I purchased individual tickets for 2020 Reno Aces home games. What do I need to do?  

You will automatically receive an account credit equal to the value of the tickets that you purchased. The account credit can be used to purchase individual tickets or towards a Season Membership or Group Outing in the 2021 season and beyond.  

How do I access my account credits?  

When credits are available in your account, we will send out a detailed .PDF Instructional Document about how to use and access your credits. 

Will I get credit for my 2020 parking pass? 

You will receive an account credit for the value of your 2020 Parking Pass, plus an additional credit equal to 10% of the value of your parking pass. You will be able to use your account credits to purchase a parking pass for the 2021 season.  

Can I renew my Season Membership now? 

Season Members will have first priority to secure seat locations when the 2021 Renewal Period begins. Season Members with specific questions about the renewal process can contact Director of Membership Development, Laura Raymond, at (775) 334 - 4700 or via email at lra[email protected].  

Can I apply my credit to merchandise, concessions, or parking? 

Your credit can only be applied to Reno Aces or Reno 1868 FC season memberships, group outings, single game ticket purchases, or a parking pass for the 2021 season. Account credits can not be used on merchandise or concessions.  

Can I use my credit for either sport?  

Yes, your account credits can be used towards Season Memberships, single game tickets, group outings, or Parking Passes for either the Reno Aces or Reno 1868 FC.  

Can I use my credit for other events at Greater Nevada Field? 

Account credits can only be used towards Reno Aces or Reno 1868 FC events.
