All major American and Canadian credit cards and US debit cards are accepted throughout the ballpark, as are secure forms of digital payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note, Sahlen Field is 'cashless' for concessions, merchandise, vending and at the Consumer's Pub at the Park Restaurant. Cash can be used as payment only at the Sahlen Field Box Office for the purchase of single-game tickets and Bisons ticket packages.

Bisons gift cards can be purchased at both the Batter's Box Gift Shop and Team Shop for use throughout the ballpark.

Sahlen Field Gates open 1 hour and 5 minutes before most Bisons home games (i.e. 12 p.m. for a 1:05 p.m. game), though that is subject to change. The Pub at the Park entrance opens 90 minutes (Mar/Apr/May/Sept) or 2 hours (June/July/August) before Bisons home games for dining (game ticket required).

Unless otherwise noted, all Bisons Giveaways on promotional dates are available at the SWAN ST. GATE ONLY! If you enter the ballpark via another gate, you will not be able to receive a promotional giveaway item.

All Bisons games are on a scheduled unless otherwise announced. Rain Delays & Game Postponements will be announced first on our social media channels, @BuffaloBIsons on X and Buffalo Bisons on Facebook and then on Bisons.com. There is no set time on when a decision is made and we try our best to use the most updated information we have to make the absolute best decision with our players and fans in mind.
