Changes Coming to Online Ticketing System 

COLUMBIA, SC – The Columbia Fireflies announced today that Minor League Baseball has made a change to digital ticketing that will affect attending or buying tickets for your next event at Segra Park.

Minor League Baseball has updated its digital ticketing system to connect all ticketing accounts with MLB.com’s account services. This change is designed to make your Fireflies game day experience easier and more seamless.

For the first time, fans will be able to purchase, access, manage and scan tickets using a single MLB account across MiLB and MLB platforms.

What Do I need to Know? Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Check if you have an MLB account

• If you already have an MLB account, make sure it uses the same email as your previous Fireflies ticketing account.

• If you don’t have an MLB account, you’ll need to create one.

Step 2: Create or log in to you MLB account

• Go to MiLB.com, MLB.com or the MiLB app.

• Click “Sign Up” to create a new account or “Log In” if you already have one.

• Use the same email address linked to your previous Fireflies ticketing account.

Step 3: Confirm your information

• After signing in, you’ll be asked to verify your email address and phone number. This ensures you can securely access your tickets.

Step 4: Access your tickets

• Download the MiLB app for the easiest experience

• Open the app, log in with your MLB account and follow the onboarding steps.

• Tap the Team tab, then select “My Tickets” under Quick Links

• From here, you can view, manage and scan your tickets right from your phone.
