Q: What is your favorite BlueClaws memory?

A: I'm going to cheat and list two...The 2006 BlueClaws South Atlantic Championship is one of them. I think most of us get into this business because we are big sports fans, and want our teams that we grew up rooting for to win Championships. To actually be a small part of the team's first ever Championship, and the celebration that ensued afterward, is not only one of my favorite BlueClaws memories, but one of my favorite’s memories of my life.

Then, and more importantly, on July 3, 2018 my wife & I hosted a gender reveal party in one of our picnic areas. However, the reveal came using fireworks right before our biggest fireworks show of the year. After the game, we headed down to the field and in front of thousands of our fans we learned that our first child was going to be a…..BOY! Another favorite memory from BlueClaws, and my life.

Q: What is your favorite BlueClaws promo night and why?

A: Irish Heritage Night. To quote our usual Irish Heritage Night band, The Snakes "I Love St. Patrick's Day at the Jersey Shore!" And that goes for any time of year! I love to hear the bagpipes, see fans in green, and dancing to the live music. (editor - Irish Heritage Night)

Q: What is your favorite part of the job?

A: The people. My clients, our fans in general, our game day staff, my front office co-workers, etc...When I started here, I never could have imagined the lifelong friendships, relationships, and overall good times that these groups of people have given me. Driving to a ballpark everyday (especially now that we are doing that again) is a pretty cool perk, too.

Q; What is your favorite Jersey Shore landmark?

A: I’m going to kind of cheat again and say anywhere in Belmar. I lived there for a number of years and spent many days and nights on the beach and around the town. It’s also where I met my wife, where we got engaged, and where we lived when we first got married.

Q; What is your favorite Jersey Shore activity?

A: I’ll be real original and say mini-golf. Our course at the ballpark is at the top my list, but my favorite is Chadwick Beach mini-golf.

Q: What is your favorite Jersey Shore restaurant and meal?

A: Really too many for me to choose from but McLoone’s Pier House in Long Branch, Klein’s in Belmar and Pop’s Garage in Asbury, are all great.

Q: If you hadn't gone into the sports/entertainment industry, what would you be doing?

A: Probably would have worked in the TV industry.

Q: What is your favorite thing to do away from the ballpark?

A: Be home with my wife and kids (yes, even after all these months).

Q: How long have you lived at the Shore and what brought you here?

A: I am a lifelong Monmouth County resident.
