Lawlar Among 20 Former Aces to Square Off Against the Phillies in NLCS

Reno, Nev. – Jordan Lawlar highlights 20 former Reno Aces named to the Arizona Diamondbacks National League Championship Series roster who will challenge the Philadelphia Phillies beginning Monday night at Citizens Bank Park in the best-of-seven series.

Lawlar is also among the 15 members of the BLC-Nine to play in Reno in 2023 and be a part of the Arizona Diamondbacks NLCS roster.

During the 2022 campaign, the Carrollton, Texas native saw action in two levels within the D-backs organization, including a pitstop with the Reno Aces for 16 games. Since his promotion to the big leagues on September 7^th, the 21-year-old has appeared in 14 games with the D-backs, including a post-season pinch-running appearance in the NLDS against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Arizona enters the NLCS against the Phillies with a 5-0 record in the postseason and is four wins away from reaching the World Series for the first time since 2001 when they won their only championship in franchise history.
