It was great to see everyone back at the Ballpark last year and we look forward to welcoming you back this season! We know a lot has changed, but our commitment to our fans stays the same: We aim to provide a safe, clean, and fan-friendly environment for you to enjoy Giants Baseball.
Excite Ballpark Gates open one (1) hour prior to first pitch to the General Public, and one hour 15 minutes prior to first pitch for Season Ticket Members.
Advanced online ticket sales will continue to be encouraged prior to the day of the game. However, there will be walk-up tickets available for day of game purchases or during regular business hours. The Excite Ballpark Box Office will be open for ticket sales on game days starting five hours before first pitch and closing 1 1/2 hours after first pitch. On non-game days, the inside Box Office is open Monday-Friday 10 am - 5 pm.
Please note that previous year's "General Admission" seating has remained as Bowl Reserved seats. This means that every person entering the ballpark has a ticketed seat location.
Children ages 4 and under do not need a purchased game ticket - however, on certain home games we will ask they sit on your lap or if they want their own seat will need an additionally purchased ticket.
Ballpark staff will be stationed at each section to ensure attendees are accessing the correct seating areas.

Per the CDC guidelines, masks are not required for individuals at Excite Ballpark. Non-vaccinated individuals are recommended to wear face coverings when unable to maintain proper physical distancing.
Prohibited items at Excite Ballpark include but are not limited to: Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, Food items, Beverages, Glass bottles or cans, Ice chests or hard-sided coolers, Chairs, Camera tri-pods, Sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks), Fireworks, Bullhorns or other noisemakers, Confetti, Animals (except certified services dogs), Beach balls or other inflatables, Bicycles, Skateboards or roller blades, Squirt guns or super soakers, Laser pointers, Weapons of any kind.

To enhance public safety, Excite Ballpark will be adopting a CLEAR BAG ONLY policy for the 2023 season and beyond. All bags that enter the ballpark must be clear to allow bag checkers to easily see contents inside the bag and avoid touching. Clear Bags should be no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Exceptions to this policy will be made for small clutch purses (5" x 9" w/ single zipper/flap closure) and medically necessary items (including diaper bags).
The San Jose Giants are committed to creating a family-friendly and welcoming environment at the ballpark for all guests. As part of that commitment, we have adopted this written policy addressing fan behavior. The policy includes a Fan Code of Conduct, which is fan-facing and describes how fans are expected to behave.

The San Jose Giants have three (3) designated parking lots for the 2024 season:
- San Jose Giants Main Lot - $15 - $20
- San Jose State Golf Lot - $15 - $20
- Happy Hollow K1 Lot (Senter Road) - $10
Parking lots are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Parking staff and signs will be visible at each location dictating when lots become full, directing you to the next available parking lot. Please note that on Friday Night Firework Games, the San Jose Giants Main Lot is reserved for Season Ticket Members with an Excite Ballpark parking pass.
Tailgating in the main lot is allowed 2 hours prior to the game when parking lots open. Spaces are limited and first-come-first-serve. No open flame or coal BBQ's will be allowed. Unfortunately tailgating in the San Jose State Golf Lot and Happy Hollow K1 lot is not allowed per their rules regulations.

Food and Beverage at Excite Ballpark will continue to follow all State and County guidelines regarding food sales. We are also thrilled to welcome back popular food destinations like the Garlic Fry Stand, Pizza Stand and Third Base Taco Concession Booth. New in 2024 is the Ice Cream Corner featuring Dippin' Dots.
Outside food and beverage is prohibited. The only exceptions to this policy include unopened soft-sided water bottles and empty canteens.
San Jose Giants concessions stands are cashless (This applies to all food and beverage operations in the ballpark EXCEPT Churros. Churros are still available for purchase with cash as this stand is operated by an outside vendor).
Autographs and player interactions are limited and at the discretion of the player, coach, and/or San Jose Giants staff. Fans must adhere to the San Jose Giants Fan Behavior Policy referenced above.
Ceremonial First Pitches and National Anthems will continue to be on the field in 2024!
We are happy to still provide the opportunity for Kids to Run the bases after designated Saturday and Sunday home games.
