San Jose Giants Announce 2013 Fireworks Schedule
SAN JOSE, CA- The San Jose Giants have announced their 2013 schedule of home dates with record number of spectacular postgame fireworks shows. Fans will have the opportunity to see the sky light up at Municipal Stadium with nine fireworks extravaganzas, including Opening Night, the Fourth of July and the 2013 California-Carolina League All-Star Game.
The 2013 postgame fireworks shows are scheduled for Opening Night Thursday, April 11 courtesy of State Farm; Friday, May 3 sponsored by Blossom Valley PONY Baseball; Friday, May 10 brought to you by San Jose Water Company; Wednesday, June 12 courtesy of Yahoo!; the 2013 California-Carolina League All-Star Game Tuesday, June 18; Saturday, June 29 sponsored by IBEW 332; back-to-back Independence Day fireworks spectaculars on Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5 presented by Comcast and Sunday, August 11 brought to you by Spirit of '45. The games on April 11, May 3, May 10 and June 12 are all scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM. The All-Star Game on June 18 will get underway at 7:35 PM, the July 4 and July 5 contests will have 6:30 PM first pitches, while June 29 and August 11 have been scheduled to start at 6:00 PM.

The San Jose Giants offer several ticket packages that guarantee fans the best seats for fireworks nights. Mini Plan ticket packages are perfect for fans with a busy schedule or a tight budget. The Flex Plan option at $80 includes six undated box seat tickets for the price of five and these tickets can be used for any game, including Fireworks Extravaganzas. The San Jose Giants begin their 2013 season on Thursday, April 4 at Visalia with the home opener scheduled for Thursday, April 11 against the Rawhide. The Giants will also feature home games on Mother's Day (May 12), Memorial Day (May 27), Independence Day (July 4) and Labor Day (September 2). On June 18, for the first time ever, Municipal Stadium will host the 2013 California-Carolina League All-Star Game.
