Frisco, TX (March 16, 2021) -The Frisco RoughRiders are thrilled to announce the addition of two more members to its front office staff. Ann Taddonio joins the Riders as a Director of Business Partnerships and Zach Bigley returns as the Manager of Media Development and Broadcaster.

“With these wonderful hires of Ann and Zach, our front office staff has come together and we are fully focused on Opening Day,” said RoughRiders President & GM, Victor Rojas. “As we draw closer to May 4, Ann, Zach and our entire staff are poised to create the best possible product for our fans and the Frisco area.”

Taddonio brings a strong background with media, sales and sponsorship to Frisco. Having previously worked with such organizations as Fox 4, Fox Sports Southwest and Six Flags Entertainment, the graduate of the University of Oklahoma provides a unique perspective on the business along with a passion for baseball. An expert in business development and marketing strategy, Taddonio will work closely with the RoughRiders’ partners to help create a deeper bond within the community.

After being hired by the Riders in 2020, this will be Bigley’s first full season with Frisco. A product of the University of Oregon, Bigley came to Frisco from the Chuck Greenberg-owned Myrtle Beach Pelicans (High-A, Cubs) where he spent two seasons. Prior to his time in Myrtle Beach, the Eugene, Oregon native spent a year in Rancho Cucamonga (High-A, Dodgers) to open his Minor League Baseball career. At Oregon, Bigley was a sports director for the campus radio station, KWVA, where he called play-by-play for Oregon football, basketball, volleyball, softball and soccer. In the offseason, Bigley broadcasts football and basketball for McKinney ISD.

The Frisco RoughRiders 2021 schedule will begin with Opening Day on May 4. For more information on RoughRiders ticket packages, and for the latest news on the upcoming 2021 season, please visit ridersbaseball.com.

About the RoughRiders

The Frisco RoughRiders are the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers and play their games at beautiful Dr Pepper Ballpark in Frisco, Texas. The team was founded in 2003 and has finished first among all Double-A franchises in attendance in each of the last 15 seasons (2005-2019). In August 2014, the RoughRiders were purchased by an ownership group led by Chuck Greenberg. Since then, the new ownership group, together with the City of Frisco, has spearheaded numerous major franchise enhancements, investing over $8 million in a wide array of facility upgrades and improvements, including a state-of-the-art HD video board, sound system, Bull Moose Saloon, InTouch Grille, Riders Outpost Team Store and the world's largest water feature in a sports facility, the massive Lazy River. These enhancements earned the Riders and the City of Frisco Ballpark Digest's prestigious "Best Ballpark Renovation" award for two consecutive years (2015 and 2016). More than 160 former RoughRiders players have gone on to play Major League Baseball.
