Harrisburg Senators Announce 2019 Promotional Schedule
HARRISBURG, PA - The Harrisburg Senators announced their 2019 promotional schedule today which includes something for everyone in the family. The 2019 promo schedule is highlighted by a Hersheypark pass giveaway, a Candy Drop, 15 firework nights, 23 giveaways including four bobblehead giveaways, four special appearances and five specialty jersey
HARRISBURG, PA - The Harrisburg Senators announced their 2019 promotional schedule today which includes something for everyone in the family. The 2019 promo schedule is highlighted by a Hersheypark pass giveaway, a Candy Drop, 15 firework nights, 23 giveaways including four bobblehead giveaways, four special appearances and five specialty jersey nights.
The Senators open the 2019 season on Thursday, April 4, against the Bowie Baysox. That night, the long offseason ends, and Senators baseball returns to FNB Field. To celebrate, the Senators are offering their first $3 Craft Beer Thursday (description below) along with the first 2,000 fans 13 and older entering the park receiving a Senators Opening Night T-Shirt.
Once again, this season the Senators are giving away 4,000 Hersheypark Passes to fans of all ages Sunday, May 5. This promises to be one of the biggest games of the season. Saturday, April 20, kids not only receive a youth t-shirt, but they'll be invited onto the playing field as the Senators host their first ever Candy Drop. Stay tuned for more details involving the Candy Drop. The popular 1K Beer Run is Wednesday, June 5. If you're a serious runner or just enjoy a slow jog and beer, this is the night for you!
For those that love bobbleheads, you'll love us this year as the Senators are giving away four this season. On Saturday, May 4,
Kids get in on the giveaway fun on Sunday, April 7, when the first 750 kids 12 and under receive a Senators Youth Hoodie. Saturday, April 20 the first 750 kids 12 and under receive a Senators T-Shirt. Baseball & Bat Sets are being given away twice to kids 12 and under. The first time is Sunday, July 14 and the second time is Sunday, September 1. On both occasions the first 500 kids 12 and under receive the baseball & bat set. Sunday, July 21 the first 750 kids 12 and under receive a Senators Youth Tee.
The ballpark opens an hour before game time to fans Sunday through Friday, and on Saturdays at 4:30 p.m. Season ticket holders are allowed in the park 15 minutes before general gate opening.
