Senators Announce Annual Job Fair

HARRISBURG, Pa. (Jan. 22, 2026) – The Harrisburg Senators announced Thursday that their annual job fair will take place on Saturday, Feb. 21, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The fair takes place in the Harrisburg Senators’ front office, located next to the FNB Field Box Office and front gates.

The Senators and Oak View Group, the ballpark’s concessionaire, are looking for a wide range of part-time positions, from box office associates to concession stand workers to parking lot attendants.

“Our part-time staff really is the lifeblood of what we do; after all, we hire close to 250 each year to join our team,” said Senators Assistant General Manager, Ashley Grotte. “Our fans’ first interaction on a gameday is likely with a part-time staff member, so it’s important to us to have lots of friendly, outgoing folks be part of what we do.”

New for 2026, the Senators are looking for individuals to audition for their Promotions Team. Those with unique skills and talents and/or a love for performing are encouraged to audition.

Any interested jobseekers can learn more about the job fair, available positions, and apply in advance here. Applications may be submitted in person on the day of the event, but the Senators advise early applications.

All interviews will be conducted in person on Feb. 21. Promotions Team auditions will be held on Feb. 28, but those interested in auditioning are welcome to attend the job fair as well to learn more.

The Senators play 69 games at FNB Field in 2026. Opening Day is Tuesday, April 7, and the final game of the regular season is Sunday, Sept. 6.
