Notes & Information
June BOOM: Socrates Brito is having arguably the best offensive month of his professional career. The outfielder is .432 (32-for-74) with 9 home runs, 10 doubles, 21 RBI and an OBP of .506. Brito leads the league in batting with an overall average of .358 and leads the reigning Pacific Northern Division champions in home runs with 11. Brito is in his ninth season in the Diamondbacks' organization and has seen some playing time this season with the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Back-to-Back Jack: Socrates Brito and Kevin Cron became the first Aces duo in franchise history to hit back-to-back home runs two times in a single game. Reno has hit back-to-back homers five times this season: Marcus Littlewood/Kristopher Negron (4/27 @ SAC), Anthony Recker/Daniel Robertson (4/30 @ ELP), Christian Walker/Socrates Brito (6/22 @ Las Vegas) and Cron/Brito (6/27 vs. Salt Lake) twice. The only other duo with two or more back-to-back home runs is Cody Ransom and Andy Tracy. Ransom and Tracy accomplished this feat three times in 2011 en route to a Division Championship.
