ACCEPTING BIDS: Grounds Crew Maintenance Shop Project
Utilize the existing wooden pavilion structure, located at Sahlen Field, as a framework to build a maintenance garage/grounds crew shop. Plans must include the removal of existing blacktop, poured concrete floor with interior and exterior drainage, metal framing, insulation, drywall, electrical, plumbing, exterior siding, 10’ overhead door, man door, interior/exterior windows and doors, and a 36’x26’ expansion on the west side of the structure, with a separate 10’ overhead garage door and man door. Interior plans must include an office, restroom with shower, staff locker room, kitchenette/break room, utility sink, and HVAC.
NOTE: Stamped architectural/engineered drawings to be included by bidder.

Public bid opening at Buffalo City Hall, DPW: 11am Thursday, June 15.
