San Jose Giants 2026 Roster Announced

San Jose, CA- The San Jose Giants have unveiled their roster in anticipation of the 2026 season. The roster is loaded with young talent and features 11 of the San Francisco Giants 2025 draft picks, including fourth rounder Lorenzo Meola. The roster also includes Jhonny Level, the 4^th ranked San Francisco Giants prospect according to MLB.com.

The Giants open the 2026 season on the road in Stockton before returning home on Tuesday, April 7 for six games against the Visalia Rawhide. Tickets for the opening homestand are available on sjgiants.com.

Level, listed as the organization’s fourth-best infield prospect, headlines a roster filled with 2025 draft picks and three of San Francisco’s Top 30 Prospects: RHP Keyner Martinez (11^th ranked prospect), RHP Argenis Cayama (13^th ranked prospect), and INF Lorenzo Meola (19^th ranked prospect).

Additional 2025 draftees on this year’s roster include: LHP Jordan Gottesman (6^th round), OF Cam Maldonado (7^th round), INF Isaiah Barkett (10^th round), C Rod Barajas Junior (11^th round), RHP Cody Delvecchio (12^th round), OF Broedy Poppell (13^th round), OF Damian Bravo (15^th round), RHP Garrett Langrell (16^th round), RHP Cooper McGrath (18^th round), and LHP Braydon Risley (19^th round).

Managing the 2026 San Jose Giants is skipper Ydwin Villegas, who will lead the team for the third consecutive season after a 2025 California League Championship victory. Also returning to the San Jose field staff is former San Francisco Giant in pitching coach Dan Runzler, with hitting coach Mike Marjama and fundamentals coach Drew Martinez rounding out the staff.

Following the exhibition against the Oakland Ballers at Excite Ballpark on March 31, the San Jose Giants 2026 regular season Opening Night is set for Tuesday, April 7 against the Visalia Rawhide.
