Corporate Partners

Drew Mitchell joined the Frisco RoughRiders in February of 2024 and enters his fourth season with the Riders in 2027. He serves on the executive leadership team as Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for the team’s corporate partnership department.

Prior to joining the Frisco RoughRiders, Drew spent eight years at Conference USA as Chief Revenue Officer / Associate Commissioner. In his time, CUSA produced record sponsorship and revenue growth during each year, leading CUSA among its peer conferences. Mitchell also served as the sport administrator for baseball and men’s golf, as well as leadership in the external department.

Before joining Conference USA in 2016, Mitchell spent six seasons with the Texas Legends of the NBA G-League. There he managed all sponsorship, ticket, premium seating and other revenue areas, in addition to managing the sales team. His team was annually awarded the League’s Top Team honor in both corporate sponsorships and ticket sales revenue. Mitchell also negotiated the naming rights deal for Hewlett Packard to name the Legends’ home court, HP COURT, marking the largest deal in the history of the NBA G-League and also brought one of the first jersey sponsorship deals to the NBA.

Additionally, Mitchell served as Director of Development for the Texas Legends Care Foundation. He also spent three years as the Regional Sales Director for Daktronics Sports Marketing.

Mitchell graduated from Baylor University in 2006 with bachelor’s degrees in Management as well as Sports Sponsorships and Sales. While in school, he completed internships with the Baylor Athletics Ticket/Marketing Department and Baylor ISP Sports.

Since graduation, he has served as a member of the Baylor University Sports Sponsorship & Sales (S3) Board and was named the Baylor S3 Alumni of the Year in 2013.

Mitchell lives in McKinney, TX with his wife Christie (Baylor Alum ‘05) and their two kids, Tatum Alli (8th Grade) and Whitaker (4th Grade), and they attend First Baptist Church McKinney. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his kid’s sports teams, running, playing sports and being active outdoors with his family.

Chastine enters his fourth season with the Frisco RoughRiders in 2027 as Director, Corporate Partnerships.

Prior to the RoughRiders, Chastine spent time at Learfield (Texas Tech University) and recently with FC Tulsa as the Director of Corporate Partnerships, Activations, & Gameday Production. He has a proven track record for building corporate partnerships that connect partners to the best fans in the business.

Chastine is a native Texan and attended Texas Tech University, where he received his B.A & M.S in Sport Management.

He is a diehard Texas Rangers & Dallas Cowboys fan and will surely talk your ear off about either.

In his spare time, you can catch him hanging out, watching The Office reruns with his wife, Sydney, and his corgi, Pepper.

Kosydar returned to the Frisco RoughRiders and 2027 will mark his 14th year with the club as the Senior Director of Partner Services.

He originally started with the RoughRiders in 2010, serving in the partner services department for 11 seasons.

Prior to Frisco, he worked as a marketing assistant for a resort/conference center in Upstate New York. Between 2021-2024, he was the client success manager at Awarity, a Frisco-based digital advertising platform that made three-consecutive Inc. 5000 listings during that span.

Born and raised just outside Scranton, PA (yes, same one from The Office!), Kosydar graduated from Temple University in May 2006 with a degree in Broadcasting and Mass Media, and he recently returned to the university online to graduate from their Executive MS Sport Business program in 2022.

He also holds a black belt in Kung Fu, winning a national silver medal in the middleweight division of kickboxing at the 2011 United States Koushu Tournament in Baltimore, Maryland.

Kosydar's pillars in life are faith, family, and sports. He and his wife Stacy spend most of their spare time playing with their daughter and son. Kosydar volunteers in several youth ministries at his local church and currently serves on advisory committees for the sport management programs at 2 local colleges. At home, when the kids are tired of Bluey, his TV is usually set to NFL or college basketball games.

Goodman is in his fifth season with the RoughRiders in 2027. Growing up in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Goodman went on to attend the University of Oklahoma. While there, he served as a student assistant for the Oklahoma Football Program in recruiting and operations. He graduated in 2022 with a degree in Sports Management and Marketing.

When Goodman isn’t working, he is likely fishing, playing golf, or supporting his Oklahoma Sooners. Jarett loves the Oklahoma City Thunder, Texas Rangers and any NFL team that has a former Sooner.

Rodriguez is in her fourth year with the RoughRiders in 2027.

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, she made her way to Texas to attend Texas Tech University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a minor in Advertising. Most recently, she served as an Account Manager, Membership Services with the Arizona Cardinals. She has always had a love for baseball and is excited to translate that passion into her work with the RoughRiders. When she's not keeping up with baseball, she enjoys outdoor adventures and traveling to new places with her friends and family.

Blackburn enters her sixth season with the RoughRiders in 2027. She is originally from Sycamore, Illinois and graduated from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota in 2021 with a Marketing and Sales Specialization Degree.

Blackburn enjoys traveling, following the Chicago White Sox and can make a mean chocolate chip banana bread.
