With My Riders Account, you have complete control over your tickets. See the options below for more information on how to make the most out of your My Riders Account.

Set Up Your Account

  1. Go to www.ticketreturn.com
  2. Click help me find my account under the customer login at the top of the screen
  3. Either EITHER your first name/last name/state OR email address and click find my account
  4. Select the account you want and click continue
  5. You'll be taken to your account info page. Enter a user ID and password, plus a security question. Once completed, click update account information.

Returning Users

  1. Go to www.ticketreturn.com
  2. Enter your username and password next to the customer login

Reset Your Password

  1. Log in to your TicketReturn account
  2. Click change password
  3. Enter the requested fields and click continue

Update Your Account

  1. Log in to your TicketReturn account
  2. Click your account
  3. Make the applicable changes
  4. Click update account information

Print Tickets

When you print a ticket, only one copy will be valid. Tickets contain a bar code and only the first ticket scanned will be accepted.

  1. Log in to your TicketReturn account
  2. Click print tickets
  3. Select the events for which you would like to print tickets and click next
  4. Select the tickets you want and click print

Get Mobile Tickets

  1. Log in to your TicketReturn account from your mobile device
  2. Click view mobile tickets
  3. Select the applicable event and click next
  4. Select the tickets you want and click view mobile tickets

Transfer Tickets

  1. Log in to your TicketReturn account
  2. Click transfer tickets
  3. Select the applicable events and click next
  4. Check the tickets you want to transfer and click next
  5. Select your recipient by entering the recipient's email address (the recipient does not need to have a TicketReturn account)
  6. When you reach the confirmation page, review that the information is correct and click transfer tickets

NOTE: Once a ticket is transferred, the ticket is no longer valid in the original customer's account

Exchange Tickets

  1. Log in to your TicketReturn account
  2. Click exchange tickets
  3. Set ticket management options to exchange current tickets or exchange unused tickets (from past events)
  4. Select the tickets you want to exchange and click select tickets & continue
  5. Click exchange tickets for the event that you want to exchange for
  6. You'll reach a page with info for the new event. Once you've selected your new seats, click confirm exchange
  7. Click exchange tickets
