My Riders Account

With My Riders Account, you have complete control over your tickets. See the options below for more information on how to make the most out of your My Riders Account.

Your 2024 regular season renewal is now available to view online. To view your package renewal online, visit your Tickets.com account via www.mlb.tickets.com and sign in using the instructions in the How to access your MyRiders Account button above.

EXCHANGE/BANKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - You may exchange your unused tickets for a ticket to a different game at any time. If you have a food inclusive ticket (Founders and/or Teddy Members), you must give us at least 48-hours notice before the game of which you held the original ticket, to be able to exchange your unused ticket for another food inclusive ticket. If you do not give at least 48-hours notice, you still may exchange your ticket at any time, but only for a non-food inclusive ticket.

Set Up Your Account

Go to www.ticketreturn.com
In the top left corner, click Change Password or Email Temp Password. (pictured below on the right)
The Sign In page appears. If you have previously logged in, enter your User ID and Password. If you have not previously set up an online account or don't remember your Password, enter your email address to receive a Temporary Password. (pictured below on the right)
You will receive an email with a Temporary Password. On www.ticketreturn.com, enter your User ID and the temporary password. You will be logged into your account.
When you are finished managing your tickets, click Logout at the top of the page to sign out of the your account.

Returning Users

Go to www.ticketreturn.com
Enter your username and password next to the customer login

Update Your Account

Log in to your TicketReturn account
Click your account
Make the applicable changes
Click update account information

Reset Your Password

Log in to your TicketReturn account
Click change password
Enter the requested fields and click continue

Print Tickets

When you print a ticket, only one copy will be valid. Tickets contain a bar code and only the first ticket scanned will be accepted.

Log in to your TicketReturn account
Click print tickets
Select the events for which you would like to print tickets and click next
Select the tickets you want and click print

Get Mobile Tickets

Log in to your TicketReturn account from your mobile device
Click view mobile tickets
Select the applicable event and click next
Select the tickets you want and click view mobile tickets

Transfer Tickets

Log in to your TicketReturn account
Click transfer tickets
Select the applicable events and click next
Check the tickets you want to transfer and click next
Select your recipient by entering the recipient's email address (the recipient does not need to have a TicketReturn account)
When you reach the confirmation page, review that the information is correct and click transfer tickets

NOTE: Once a ticket is transferred, the ticket is no longer valid in the original customer's account

Exchange Tickets (1904, 1904 Teddy and Riders memberships)

Log in to your TicketReturn account
Click exchange tickets
Set ticket management options to exchange current tickets or exchange unused tickets (from past events)
Select the tickets you want to exchange and click select tickets & continue
Click exchange tickets for the event that you want to exchange for
You'll reach a page with info for the new event. Once you've selected your new seats, click confirm exchange
