ON CAPITAL HILL
Cade Cavalli went 5.2 innings striking out 11 and walking 4. He threw 103 pitches, 65 for strikes. Both runs he allowed came with two outs.
Ryan Tapani followed Cavalli coming on with two outs in the sixth and ending the frame with a strikeout. He finished the game and allowed a two-run home in the eighth to give Altoona the lead. Ryan took the loss falling to 0-2.

Corban Joseph went 2-for-4 and drove in a run with a single in the third inning.
Jakson Reetz had two hits including a double as he snapped his five-game hitless streak.
Carlos Tocci had two hits and an RBI.
Cole Freeman doubled in the third inning extending his hit streak to eight games.
