Fisher Cats Walk Off Senators with Two-Run Homer, Win 2-1 in 10 Innings

RHP Yoel Tejeda Jr. turned in another solid outing to end his 2026 campaign. He started with four scoreless frames, allowing only two hits and one walk while striking out two.
Tejeda threw nine shutout innings across his last two starts and surrendered just three hits in that time.
LHP Alex Clemmey followed with 4.2 scoreless innings. He allowed only one hit, one walk and struck out eight.
Clemmey's eight strikeouts are the second-most he's racked up in an outing this year.
RHP Thomas Schultz (L, 3-6) came one with two outs in the ninth. After allowing a single, he kept the shutout going with a fielder's choice groundout.
At the plate, the Senators had only three hits through the first nine innings on an Ethan Petry double in the fourth, TJ White's single in the seventh and Sam Brown's single in the ninth.
In the 10th, White started as the placed runner at second. Kevin Bazzell lead off with an infield single, and the Sens had first and third with no outs.
A groundball to third held White at third but Bazzell advanced to second on the out. Then Devin Ortiz hit a groundball to the second baseman. White, breaking on contact, was thrown out trying to score for the second out. Bazzell advanced to third on the play.
Elijah Green then broke the scoreless tie with a line drive single to leftfield, scoring Bazzell to take a 1-0 lead.
After a walk of Kevin Made, Harrisburg stranded the bases loaded to end the inning.
In the bottom of the 10th with the placed runner at second, Carter Cunningham homered to right on a knee-high curveball to walk off the game. The Fisher Cats won 2-1.
New Hampshire has scored just three runs through the first three games of the series, coming on two home runs.
The Senators are now 2-9 in extra innings this season.
Game four of the series comes Saturday at 6:03 p.m. RHP Jarlin Susana (0-1) is slated to start.
